Paris, France and East Hampton, Connecticut, USA - August 18, 2026 - At CEDIA Expo 2026, Trinnov Audio will share its latest innovations with the custom integration community, announcing an update to its revolutionary WaveForming technology that makes it available to a much wider group of Altitude owners. Looking ahead, Trinnov will share the company’s perspective on Artificial Intelligence.

Major WaveForming Evolution
Trinnov is about to introduce major improvements to its WaveForming technology, unlocking the technology and its benefits to a much wider audience while improving overall performance for existing users without recalibrating the system.
At Expo, Trinnov will present the first active demonstrations of this WaveForming improvements. Attendees will experience the technology through a stereo playback system.
The updated WaveForming capability will roll out to the entire Altitude range as a free software update by the close of CEDIA Expo 2026.
Artificial Intelligence in Custom Installation?
Looking forward, Trinnov’s Altitude architecture is uniquely positioned to enable powerful Artificial Intelligence implementations that are not possible with other processors.
To illustrate the possibilities, Trinnov will conduct Altitude demonstrations that will enable attendees to hear how plain-language commands can be used to fine-tune playback in real time. To overcome the noisy trade show environment, we will use noise-canceling headphones provided by Focal.
Trinnov Dealer Seminars
On Tuesday, September 1, the day before the exhibit floor opens, the Trinnov team has scheduled seminars to address these latest updates and help dealers develop their sales skills. The presentations are at no charge for Expo attendees, and take place in HPA Meeting Room 204, located on the street level.

What’s New with WaveForming (11 AM – 12 PM MT) Dave Pedigo, C.O.O.
With WaveForming available to a wider base of installations, this session will detail how to implement WaveForming in previously non-applicable rooms and systems. We will also show the results of recent case studies. This breakthrough has great potential for increasing business.
The Road Ahead: AI & Custom Integration (1:30 PM – 2:30 PM MT) Arnaud Destinay, Managing Director
How will Artificial Intelligence affect the Custom Integration channel? Arnaud looks at some of the intriguing possibilities in this one-hour session. He will also discuss how the unique processing architecture of the Trinnov Altitude platform makes it a perfect candidate to leverage AI.

These demos will showcase Trinnov in a wide range of applications. Alcons and Krix will showcase Trinnov WaveForming in high-channel count Dolby Atmos theaters. Pro Audio Technology will also present a high-channel count Atmos theater. Magnetar will show a 5.1 channel setup including Trinnov amplification, and Kaleidescape will have three stereo sound presentations in their booth. All three Trinnov processor models will be showcased: Altitude16, Altitude32 and the new AltitudeCI.
