Trinnov Introduces the Altitude Extended Care Plan
6 May 2026
The Altitude16 and Altitude32 are long-term investments, and Trinnov has always treated them that way. Our ongoing software development, regular feature updates, and commitment to backward compatibility all reflect a core belief: a processor purchased today should still perform at the highest level years from now.
The Altitude Extended Care Plan is an evolution of that philosophy, providing a formal framework for long-term technical maintenance and factory-backed support.
Comprehensive Maintenance and Priority Support
Starting May 2026, owners of Altitude16 and Altitude32 in the United States and the European Union can extend the professional support lifecycle of their product. The plan is designed to ensure total peace of mind through two core pillars: :
- Inclusive Factory Maintenance: Should your processor require hardware attention, the plan provides full maintenance of the unit, including all necessary genuine parts and specialist labor at the Trinnov factory workshop, at no additional cost to the member.
- Proactive System Health: Membership includes an Annual System Health Audit, a proactive remote diagnostic report where our team reviews system logs and hardware performance to ensure your processor remains at peak efficiency.
To ensure the fastest possible resolution for any technical inquiry, the plan provides your Authorized Trinnov Dealer with priority access to our Global Support team, moving your system to the front of the queue for diagnostics and technical assistance.
Enrollment and Eligibility
The Extended Care Plan is available exclusively through Authorized Trinnov dealers in participating regions. Because the plan is tied to the hardware, the service entitlement is fully transferable, following the unit if it changes hands.
- New & Existing Owners: Purchasers can enroll in the plan at the time of sale or at any point before their initial five-year term expires to add an additional five years of maintenance.
- Legacy Eligibility: Owners whose initial five-year warranty has already lapsed are also eligible to join. Regardless of the unit’s age, they can enroll in the Extended Care Plan to secure five additional years of factory-backed maintenance from the date of enrollment. This eligibility window for older units closes on December 31, 2026.
We are currently evaluating the regulatory requirements for other regions and intend to expand the program to additional markets in the future.
A Note for Altitude32 Owners
The program is available for Altitude32 units with serial numbers #1580 and above. Owners who are unsure of their eligibility should check with their dealer before proceeding.
For Arnaud Laborie, Trinnov's co-founder and CEO, the program reflects a straightforward way the company thinks about its products. “We are equally committed to innovation and sustainability,” he said, “as evidenced by the historical performance and reliability of the Altitude16 and Altitude32.”
