Trinnov at ADE 2026: From Better Monitoring to Immersive Creation
This October, Trinnov heads to Amsterdam Dance Event for two days dedicated to monitoring, electronic music production and immersive sound.
Joining our Belgian distributor Amptec at the ADE Lab Gear Test Lab, Trinnov will host two sessions on October 21 and 23, each exploring a different side of the creative process: making more confident production decisions through accurate monitoring, and taking music beyond stereo into immersive audio.
October 21 — Improve Your Monitoring for Electronic Music Production
For electronic music producers, the monitoring environment plays a fundamental role in every creative decision.
Low-frequency balance, kick and bass interaction, stereo imaging, timing and room acoustics can all influence what we hear and ultimately the choices we make while producing and mixing.
On Wednesday, October 21, Antoine Selle and Carmen Rizzo will explore how a more accurate monitoring environment can help producers better understand what is happening in their music and create mixes that translate more reliably outside the studio.
Rather than approaching room optimization purely as a technical process, the session will focus on what it means creatively: hearing the mix with greater clarity, identifying problems earlier and making decisions with greater confidence.
October 23 — Atmos Takeover: Inside the Trinnov Trailers
On Friday, the focus moves from monitoring accuracy to immersive creation.
Presented by Benoit Munoz, Trinnov’s Atmos Takeover will use the Trinnov Trailers to explore how spatial audio can become an integral part of storytelling.
Created in collaboration with artists, composers, sound designers and immersive mixing engineers, the Trinnov Trailers were conceived as more than conventional demonstration material. Each film is developed specifically to explore the relationship between image, music, movement and three-dimensional sound.
The session will take a closer look at this creative process and demonstrate how immersive audio can be used musically and emotionally not simply as a technical format, but as another dimension available to the artist.
And, of course, the best way to understand immersive sound is to experience it.
Meet Trinnov and Amptec at ADE
Amsterdam Dance Event brings together artists, producers, engineers, technology companies and the wider electronic music community from around the world.
For its 30th anniversary edition, we are looking forward to joining that conversation and exploring how better monitoring and new immersive formats can support the next generation of music production.
