The Trinnov App is the most practical and seamless way to set up and use your Trinnov processor. Installing it is the first step in configuration and daily operation, giving you everything from complete system setup on desktop to quick, intuitive control on your phone or tablet

Only if you plan to use the EUCON gateway for Avid Control or require the gateway-specific features that rely on third-party code. Otherwise, the App Store build is recommended.

No. Full configuration is on desktop (macOS/Windows). Mobile apps are designed for day-to-day control although the iPad application also provides full access to the user interface.

Specific features for pro users:

  • EUCON gateway for Avid Control surface monitoring (requires the macOS EUCON/Gateway build or Windows app)
  • La Remote gateway: plug La Remote into your laptop and control a remotely installed processor via the app
  • Meters page for pro-audio monitoring

Mobile (iOS, iPadOS, Android)

  • Everyday control: volume, mute, input, preset, listening format
  • iPad: support landscape and portrait layout and full access to the UI
  • Android: portrait layout only

Compatibility & notes

  • iOS/iPadOS: available on the App Store (iOS 15+ recommended).
  • Android: available on Google Play store.
  • macOS: available on macOS app store (macOS 11 and later)
  • Windows: Windows 10/11 (64-bit)

Why use the app vs. the web UI ?

  • Consistency & simplicity: quicker and easier access to the user interface, and keeps tools in one place (including backups and updates for some products).
  • Pro workflows: EUCON gateway, D-MON meters, and La Remote gateway are only available via the desktop app.

 

Everyday simplicity: the mobile app replaces a traditional remote with clearer feedback and preset/format access.

Quick start (desktop)

  1. Install the app and ensure your computer is on the same network as your processor.
  2. Launch the app and select your processor.
  3. For NOVA/AltitudeCI: use Licenses & Updates to install licenses and apply the latest firmware locally.

 

For EUCON: use the macOS EUCON/Gateway build, then enable EUCON in the app’s settings.
