Chrisanne Rhodes Joins Trinnov Audio As Customer Support Manager, Americas

Trinnov Audio, designer and manufacturer of reference audio processors for home theaters, high-end hi-fi, professional audio and commercial cinemas, is pleased to announce that industry veteran Chrisanne Rhodes has joined the Trinnov team as Customer Support Manager, Americas. In this newly created role, Rhodes is responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships and maintaining a high level of customer service for Trinnov’s High-End and Cinema markets. She will work with Trinnov dealers, sales representatives and end-users, on both a pre- and post-sale basis.

Rhodes brings a long and diverse background of customer support management to Trinnov.
Most recently, she was the sales director of the sales representative firm Endgame Marketing, where she represented Trinnov Audio in the TOLA (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas) territory. She was also the Technical Service Manager U.S. at Storm Audio.
Prior to working in the high performance audio/custom installation channel, she provided internal management support for larger firms that include Shell Oil, Hewlett-Packard, and Sprint. Her earliest customer service experience was with retailer CompUSA.
